Please register before September 25th, 2017 to enjoy early registration rate. (Note that you have to pay the registration fee to finish the registration process.)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Finance Chair, Dr. Aijiao Cui at cuiaj@hit.edu.cn. All requests must be received before October 1st, 2017. Cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. No cancellations will be allowed after October 1st, 2017, although another person may be substituted for a previously registered attendee assuming he/she fits into the same pricing category.
