For attendees and/or authors from Chinese institutions who may need the Chinese invoices and will pay in Chinese RMB, please download the following form for money transfer from your university accounts to the conference account: Conference Account Informaton (In Chinese) . Please including Name, Affiliation, Paper ID and Paper Title (if you are an author), Email Address, and Phone Number.

Author Registration Requirements
For all accepted papers, at least one full registration is required (not at student rate). If you have registered your paper through student rate, please contact the finance chair, Dr. Yier Jin, at yier.jin@ece.ufl.edu to change the registration type.

Visa Supporting Letter (Invitation Letter)
If you do need a Visa supporting letter, after registering please contact the co-general chair Dr. Gang Qu at gangqu@umd.edu.

In your email, please list your contact information. If you are an author, please specify your paper title as well. If any special format requirement of Visa support letter is required, please also tell us in the email.

Early Registration Date:
Please register before November 15th, 2019 to enjoy early registration rate. (Note that you have to pay the registration fee to finish the registration process.)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Finance Chair, Dr. Yier Jin, at yier.jin@ece.ufl.edu. All requests must be received before December 1st, 2019. Cancellations are subject to a $50 (¥350) processing fee. No cancellations will be allowed after December 1st, 2019, although another person may be substituted for a previously registered attendee assuming he/she fits into the same pricing category.

Extra Page Cost:
The page limit is 4 pages for poster presentation papers. Authors may purchase up to two additional pages at $50 or ¥350 per page for poster presentation papers. For those authors who wish to purchase additional pages, please select the extra page options at the end of the registration webpage (in English) or put in the note of extra page fees (in Chinese).
