Please including Name, Affiliation, Paper ID and Paper Title (if you are an author), Email Address, Phone Number as well as the conference name"AsianHOST2023".

Author Registration Requirements
Every accepted paper must have at least one full registration. Full registration means physical rate in the table (not the student rate).

Early Registration Date:
Please register before November 15th, 2023 to enjoy early registration rate. (Note that you have to pay the registration fee to finish the registration process.)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Finance Chair, Dr. Yier Jin, at yier.jin@ieee.org. All requests must be received before December 1st, 2023. Cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. No cancellations will be allowed after December 1st, 2023, although another person may be substituted for a previously registered attendee assuming he/she fits into the same pricing category.

Extra Page Cost:
The page limit is 6 pages for regular papers and 4 pages for short papers, respectively. Authors may purchase up to two additional pages at $100 per page for short presentation papers. For those authors who wish to purchase additional pages, please select the extra page options at the end of the registration webpage.
