Author Registration Requirements
Every accepted paper must have at least one full registration. Full registration means physical rate in the table (not the student rate).

Early Registration Date:
Please register before November 26th, 2024 to enjoy early registration rate.  (Note that you have to pay the registration fee to finish the registration process.)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Finance Chair, Dr. Yier Jin, at yier.jin@ieee.org. All requests must be received before December 1st, 2024. Cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.  No cancellations will be allowed after December 1st, 2024, although another person may be substituted for a previously registered attendee assuming he/she fits into the same pricing category.

Extra Page Cost:
The page limit is 6 pages for regular papers and 4 pages for short papers, respectively. Authors may purchase up to two additional pages at $100 per page for short presentation papers. For those authors who wish to purchase additional pages, please select the extra page options at the end of the registration webpage.
