Every person entering Japan must have a valid passport. Additionally, travelers from certain countries must obtain a visa from a Japanese consulate in their home country. Conference venue is at Kobe University, Port island campus, on the Portisland of Kobe city.
(This is DIFFERENT from Rokko campus, the main campus of Kobe University.)

Transportation

The nearest train station is Keisan Kagaku Center Station of Port Liner. You will use Port Liner from Sannomiya station.

*After the ticketing booth, there is an escalator on the right hand side. You will see the Kobe University building on the left hand side of station. The distance is in 1 min. by walk. *Please note that the trains between 8am and 9am are very much congested by commuters and students. We recommend our guest to come to the venue earlier. The venue opens at 8:15am.
